Living better means eating well. This whole grain corn flour made in Cameroon is rich in vitamins, proteins, lipids, calcium and iron. It is produced according to the Cameroonian standard NC 81:2002-03 "Standard for wholemeal corn flour" and certified by the Pasteur Center Laboratories in Cameroon. Sahel Agro wholemeal corn flour is recommended for preparing couscous , porridge and many other recipes. It can be used alone or in addition to other flours such as cassava, rice, etc. It can also be used in pastries and for making donuts.
Instructions for preparing couscous: Preparation for 500 g and 1.5 liters of water. -Pour 100 g of flour into 1/4 liter of water at room temperature and well stir; -Remove 1/2 liter of boiling water and place aside -Pour the mixture into 3/4 liter of boiling water, stir and simmer for 5 minutes; - Gradually pour the remaining 400 g of flour into the mixture, stirring vigorously; -Leave to cook for 10 minutes then turn again for 5 minutes, adding a little hot water on the side, if necessary;< br/>-Remove all the couscous from the pot; it is ready to be served.
