Return procedure
You have 9 working days following delivery of your order to return an item.
Steps :
1 - Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return on 6 56 04 58 18 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2- Drop off your item at a ViviMarket agency if you were delivered by an agency. If you had been delivered to your home, ViviMarket will organize the collection of your return no later than 48 hours after creating the return.
3- The item will only be received if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.
4- All returned items are subject to verification examination.
Reasons for returns
Below you will find the reasons for accepting returns:
Manufacturing defect Missing part Non-compliance with the product offered on the site Counterfeit.
Cannot be returned:
Underwear (underpants, swimsuits, etc.) Sex toys Care products, Beauty, Cosmetics and hygiene and accessories Food and consumables (cigars, drinks, etc.). Phone accessories (protective films, cases, shells, etc.) Electronic accessories (earphones, chargers, headsets, etc.).
Attention:
If the problem arises from customer use and/or all return conditions are not met, the return of the item will then be refused.
Note that no returns will be recorded beyond 9 working days after delivery of the order. However, most of our products are covered by a warranty. We invite you to consult the details of your order to find out the warranty period for your item. Return processing times.
The return procedure starts from checking out your product at ViviMarket.
Product replacements are made within 1 to 2 days.
If the replacement is not carried out within 2 days, we invite you to contact customer service on 6 56 04 58 18 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Refunds for returned items are effective within 3 to 5 days.
